Base Ingredients
1 packet of plain vanilla biscuits
4 ounces of butter
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Frosting Ingredients
2 cups of confectionary sugar
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1/4 cup of boiling water (to dissolve cocoa)
1 teaspoon of butter
