This is a traditional Spanish tapa. The English translation is 'Mushrooms in garlic'.

1. 1 lb (450g) of mushrooms
2. 2 cloves of garlic
3. 1 lemon
4. 4 tablespoons of olive oil
5. 4 tablespoons of dry sherry
6. Salt and pepper
