Making the Frosting
Step 1.
Sift the confectionery sugar into a bowl.
Step 2.
Sift in the cocoa.
Step 3.
Add the soft butter and using a wooden spoon mix together.
Step 4.
Add milk as required until you have a nice soft consistency.
Decorating the cake
A quick and effective way to frost your cake once it has cooled is to cover it completely with frosting and
then using the flat side of your knife drag it up the sides so the frosting forms a peak in the middle. (Refer to photo)
